I’d like to develop coping skills for myself + my kids.

 

I’d like one on one support in this journey…

I’m feeling overwhelmed.

There are a billion things on your to do list and you don’t know where to start. You’re chronically late, disorganized, feeling like a “hot mess”. There is just way too much on your plate and you’re not sure how to manage it all.

I feel stuck.

Every day feels like the same old thing. There are great things about my day to day, but I’m having a hard time seeing past the monotony. I feel like I’m not progressing in my life.

I’ve got big goals.

I know what I want in life, I just don’t know how to get there. I need support in keeping me accountable and helping me find my way.
