FAQs

What ages is this designed for?

This program is designed for children in grades K-5 (approximately 5-10 years old).

Many activities include options to adjust for difficulty, making them adaptable to your child’s needs. While social-emotional skills are not strictly age-dependent—many adults benefit from these same concepts—children older than 10 may not find the activities as engaging.

Do we have to complete weekly lessons?

Not at all! The monthly activities are flexible and can be used at your family’s own pace. While the lessons follow a natural progression, you can jump around and choose what works best for your schedule and interests.

Is there graded work?

Nope! Social-emotional learning is about growth and development, not right or wrong answers. These activities focus on helping children build self-awareness, practice self-regulation, and strengthen relationship skills over time.

What if this isn’t a good fit? Can we cancel?

Absolutely! We understand that every family’s needs are different. If this program isn’t working for you, you can cancel at any time. No questions asked—your family’s well-being comes first!

Emotional intelligence correlates to happiness across our lifespan. It allows us to find contentment, supporting wellness on rainy days and sunny ones.
