February Kindness Challenge

Each day, encourage your child to complete a small act of kindness.

Instructions + Kindness Prompts + Calendar PDF

Calendar only PDF

Option 1: Kindness Calendar

Print the kindness calendar and complete an activity each day. Days 1-14 are filled out for you to use if you’d like. You can use the ideas below to fill in the rest, or fill them in with your own ideas.

Option 2: Kindness Jar

You can write these on slips of paper (or print and cut them out), put them in a jar and take one out each day.
